Our two founders have been at the head of Foxtail Coffee for a few short years, but they have known each other since they were in kindergarten. Alex Tchekmeian and Iain Yeakle even played in a garage band back in high school. While Alex and Iain had known each other for a long time, they took different paths after high school. Alex put his efforts into opening up several businesses in the Orlando area, which gave him a background in business and business development. Iain got into coffee and coffee crafting. He opened up a wholesale roasting business in the South Florida area. These two lifelong friends were perfectly poised to open up a successful coffee business together.

Foxtail Coffee is committed to customer service. We are so committed to our customers, we have found many amazing ways to reach out to them in the Florida region. We listen to our customers–which is why our stores carry donuts and bagels from crafted bakers in the Orlando area. We also started Foxtail Community Markets, which allow people from the community a space to sell arts and crafts to others in their community. Foxtail also holds roasting classes to offer our customers a way to experience the coffee roasting process firsthand. There are also community events such as Wined Up Wednesday that give us a chance to connect with community members.
